1. Agreement
These terms apply to your use of the Crease app, provided by nopCypher. By using Crease you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
2. Using Crease
Crease is a tool for scoring cricket matches. You may use it for personal and club scoring. Don’t misuse the app, interfere with how it works, or use invite and backup codes to share content you don’t have the right to share.
3. Your content
The matches, team names, player names and notes you enter belong to you and are stored on your device. You are responsible for that content, including having permission to record the names of other players.
4. Premium and payments
Premium adds match charts, records and leaderboards, team colours and accents, power filters and CSV export. You can buy Premium as a one-time pass or a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Purchases are also governed by your store’s terms, and prices are shown in the app before you buy.
5. One-time passes
A Per Match pass unlocks Premium for 12 hours. A Per Day pass unlocks Premium for 24 hours. Passes are one-time purchases and don’t renew.
6. Subscriptions
Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown until you cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals, and Premium stays active until the end of the current period. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its policies.
7. Disclaimers
Crease is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep scores and calculations accurate, but you are responsible for checking official results. Because matches are stored on your device, we can’t recover data lost through device loss, damage or deleting the app. Use backup codes to keep a copy.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, nopCypher is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of Crease, including lost match data, incorrect scores or results, or any decisions made based on information shown in the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for Premium in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹0 if you only use the free features. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Indian consumer protection law that cannot be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat, India.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms, and we’ll change the date at the top when we do. If you keep using Crease after a change, you accept the updated terms. Questions? Email info@quick-scoring.app.
